I can't help but notice how barren this place has become. :(

Some people are still downloading (and even sometimes rating) sets. Admitted, forum activity is not so hot

Ricochet Infinity had its times, but after 10 years of no updates, things tend to die out.

It's good too know that some of the more notable users are still around though. :)

When I first started playing this game (April 2012), around 200 people would rate new sets. Now, I'm still seeing that many.

I rate every set I play, but I don't play very often and new sets even less.

Well, I've been away from this forum for a number of years now. No excuses. I've kept up with the new levelsets, but haven't seen any new ones now for quite awhile. I was never a levelset designer, but always enjoyed seeing those talented works of game art appear every so often. I really miss the glory days of Infinity (Tony Daryn, Allecnarf, Ms Holly Belle (RIP), Ticklemeplz (RIP), and many others). I've enjoyed the newer sets from Toktok and others recently as well. This is by far the most fun I've ever had with an arcade-style video game. Been playing since the Lost Worlds Recharged days. My ring count is maxed. Was hoping to see 400K in my lifetime, but not too sure now. I'll still never quite master those nasty half ring/half brick blocks, currently keeping me from the only dozen or so rings still waiting for me out there. It's been a blast (sorry) playing all of these sets, and I'm thankful for each and every one of the awesome, talented designers who kept the game alive for so many years (and years and years). I'll be on the lookout if any of you are still out there.

Thank you.

What a wonder to see you here after over 3 years.
I've been lurking in this forum over the past week seeing no replies at all.

Hey Ivan - Good to see you. Yeah, this place is like coming back home to a favorite playground to find it almost deserted by comparison to how it used to be. And, for my part, I am completely guilty. I'd play a few levels, then go off to do something else. Next thing I knew, I'd finished the set and have nothing to say about it. But I'll try to check back from time to time.

Good job on your ring count, by the way. Hope you reach 400,000 soon.

Hey, Ivan - Thx. Yeah, not too sure about ever reaching 400K. I toyed with designing a levelset a few years ago, first by editing an existing set. It was a disaster from the start. The many designers here are incredibly talented, but it appears that they have moved on to other endeavers. Haven't seen any new levelsets for quite some time now.

Have a great day!

Yep, I think I'm one of the few level designers still left but I can't get myself to make a set anymore. I am on the ricochet discord server though.

I'd be glad to offer a hand in helping people understand the level design process.

I've been pretty busy with school and all but I may hop back from time to time to do some more stuff in here! Joined the discord channel, too.
